No. The wallet needs to be created on SIM owners CNIC.

Contact 7777 or 051-111-282-265 to verify existing wallet details.

7. I didn’t receive an OTP for UPaisa app?

You can get the OTP again by clicking the resend OTP button. Make sure your SIM is active to fetch the OTP SMS.

You can login your UPaisa app by entering your phone number and MPIN.

1. Can I open more than one UPaisa Wallet?

You can only open one UPaisa Wallet on your CNIC.

2. Can I change the number against my UPaisa Wallet?

Yes, you can change your number against your UPaisa Wallet by calling 7777 or 051-111-282-265.

3. Can I change the CNIC against my UPaisa Wallet?

You cannot change the CNIC against your UPaisa Wallet, but you can close your existing wallet and create a new one.

4. How do I change my MPIN?

You can change MPIN by *786*6*3# or go to the side menu in your UPaisa app and click "Change MPIN".

5. How many times can I enter MPIN without getting blocked?

Your wallet will be blocked after 3 unsuccessful attempts.

6. How to re-activate my wallet from dormant state?

To activate your wallet call at 7777 or 051-111-282-265.

7. Will my wallet be safe in case my mobile phone is stolen?

In case your phone gets stolen, immediately contact 7777 or 051-111-282-265 to get your UPaisa Wallet blocked.
